It would be interesting to know how much is left to have full SVG support. Or know how much has been implemented so far and when we could expect full support.

See http://www.mozilla.org/projects/svg/status.html for more information. As for when you'll see SVG enabled in nightly builds (of anything), that's not so sure. Ben's desire to keep Firefox under 5MB may prohibit it there, but it may get into the Suite. I think the SVG people are aiming for it in 1.9 (whether alpha, beta, release, or what is beyond me).

Would it be useful to have link to this status page from the main project page? Looking at that page its hard to tell what stage the project is at, and whether or not any is progress being made. Apparently it hasn't been modified for almost a year!
