Picked up Windows Vista Business edition from school for $11.60, and installed it tonight.
At first, it wouldn't let me upgrade, balking at 'C:\ProgramData', which was Electronic Arts' directory, oddly enough. Once that was deleted, the install went off flawlessly.
However, its cmd.exe doesn't (by default) yield FQDNs on 'netstat' commands:
TCP 192.168.2.186:51900 a2swmod075:http ESTABLISHED
To get around this, you have to 'netstat -f'
