Do you use bonsai to see what is checked in or not ?
I've been using this Uri/query: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsquery.cgi?treeid=default&module=CalendarClient&branch=&branchtype=match&dir=%2Fmozilla%2Fcalendar&file=&filetype=match&who=&whotype=match&sortby=Date&hours=2&date=week&mindate=&maxdate=&cvsroot=%2Fcvsroot
But lately it's been coming up empty

I use mainly Bugzilla queries for bugfixes; though the URL you provided seems to be for checkins to the source.
The latest bugfix above does not have any checkins lately, it's merely been marked -> Fixed.
