Validation
I've validated my site over at http://validator.w3.org/
The site has 197 errors. There will be many changes to correct this soon. :|
- EDIT -
All errors have been eliminated in the main page, after I reorganised the blog. The archives and comments pages might not be compliant though. Still, the main page is still the priority, and there has been plenty of changes both visibly and in the code.
In addition, I have also disabled all my posts' Trackback pings' acceptance after I discovered that some spam-bots were spamming the posts with undesirable sites.
Any thoughts on the changes so far? Suggestions are welcome in the comments section.

Mmm, most of the errors seem to be easally fixable.
But are the template errors, blog system errors or just you not watching if you post html complient witch is a real pain in the ass.

it was mostly the usage of "&" instead of "&" and <br /> instead of <br>, both now fixed.

You could do with losing the font tags. Why not put the bugs in proper unordered lists, assign a class to the list of fixed bugs, a class to the list of unfixed bugs and style them with an external style sheet?

the RSS feeds will then lose colour. some users started complaining when the burning edge shifted to a class-based style, because the RSS feed for TBE became black only.
its a compromise, really. its either the RSS feeds have or do not have colour. anyway the site is still compliant even with font tags. i dont see anything wrong though.
only when users do not mind an absence of colour in the RSS feeds will i then change. it is unlikely, because many users access TBE and TRE using newsreaders, which TB will become someday. the green and red colours in RSS feeds will be much easier to differentiate the fixed from the unfixed bugs.

lol, when you wrote it's mostly & instead of &, you broke the validity again.
probably need to edit this form/post thing so that it replaces & with &, and then & with &
i just run those two find and replace over my whole site whenever i add links.
still, well done for going to the effort to validate.

I suggested the lists with classes because I don't like the colours in the RSS feed. You can never win. I don't see why it should stop you from using a proper list though.

Rory: Thanks for the feedback. I'll consider implementing it when I have the time.
