bug 116443 removed because there is no progress on a dependent bug 9309.

I suggest including the following critical bug in the list :
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=260447 Getting new mail results in a "Folder is Being Processed" Error . It's rather annoying with POP3 accounts.
