Camino updates

Still trying to get Camino green again after bsmedberg made the build changes. Once everything is settled I'll post about what you have to do, but the gist of it is that camino.mk is gone, replaced by flags to the standard client.mk that seamonkey uses.

Tonight I added "Open in Tabs" to bookmark menu subfolders. It actually took about ten minutes and about five lines of code altogether. Makes me wonder why I never did it before. It should be landing on the trunk and 082 branch in the next few days.

Speaking of 082, we're pretty close. Just another bug or two and hopefully we can have a release towards the middle of next week.

Over the holidays I'm going to try to put together a plan for auto-fill and remembering forms. Jasper already gave me a good starting point, I just want to read it and let it soak in and start to plan a course of action. It's by far our #1 most requested feature, we need to get it on the radar sooner rather than later.
