I think that before appointing people to all kinds of tasks there should be some kind of discussion on what do people want the suite to be.

IMHO the direction of the suite should be toward an integration of firefox, thunderbird, sunbird, nvu and the irc client. In other words the future development should be mainly in XUL and focus on the front end only.

(From Alex: We need to determine who's going to make the decisions on suite direction before we decide on the suite direction. That's what this first meeting, as I envision it, is about. But I'm willing to be convinced otherwise...)
