The way you mention "Mozilla App Suite", does this mean we won't be seeing a MathML editor that is compatible with Firefox?
Congrats and good luck!
Posted by Charles Fenwick at March 2, 2004 9:20 PMJed, the intent of the MathML editor initially is to work as a module which is not, I repeat not, standalone. I'm aiming it for Mozilla Composer / Nvu, initially.
As for Mozilla Firefox -- and Mozilla's Navigator application -- I don't see that strong a use for MathML editing yet. That doesn't mean it won't work. As I said, I'll be designing it to be an applet you can use in just about anything. But it doesn't have load/save capabilities on its own, really.
Incidentally, the testbed wrappers I'll be creating will run in Mozilla's Navigator and almost certainly in Firefox as well. So don't worry about it too much. ;)
