The solider was from Sylvania Ohiio, which is a subburb of Toledo Ohio. The sergeant in question was so upset about the lack of treatment for these children that he emailed his account of the incident to the Toledo Blade. The Blade has serverl good articles about this located on their website. Just go to their site and search for "Kaptur" and you will see serveral eye openiing articles about this incident. Representitive Kaptur is trying to force the Pentagon to investigate the incident and to promote the sergeant to a higher command.
