LUTZ PRAGER, dc's Deputy Corp counsel, is an owner at Cleveland House condo and Board Member and/or president of Board. He either "moved" or "seconded" resolutions that had me arrested, thrown into the Mental Ward, and almost took my life. The evidence was INADMISSIBLE: 1) criminal trespass, 2) Fabricated/planted, 3) under false pretense. (They even had Arlington's Code Enforcement break in so many times you thought it was a hotel. And, NOT LIKE IN Nazi,GE (where they used to have people committed out of hand) in the US we recognize private ownership of property. Arlington's Code Enforcement has no rpt NO jurisdiction over owner-occupied condos.) And, if you check out 13CH00000813-00 Exhibit L:Photos which they used as evidence, they actually DOCUMENTED their own Criminal Trespass. But does Virginia investigate? No, of course not.
USG Whistleblower: I gave info about the $1 million shortfall at Embassy mexico City, etc. And, I am disabled (liver/kidneys which State tried to cover up) by 30 years of USG Foreign Service. April 1996 State Dept. had me assaulted, expelled, and canceled my badge: 1012789A. Thus began a series of sting operations to have me arrested, bankrupt/extortion, and to bring about my demise.
Mail sting: Mar 2000 State Dept. had the US Postal Service OBSTRUCT mail delivery, to cause bankruptcy and streamline my demise. (They even cut off the lock from my mailbox.)Since my name was now off the mail rolls, I no longer existed And, such financial organizations as Vanguard Funds was to declare my assets ABANDONED to collude with State Dept. who would CONFISCATE the assets to streamline my demise.

Jail Sting: State Fabricated the case to at minimum gain access to my apartment without getting a Search Warrant to plant evidence and destroy Criminal evidence. At maximum, State wanted me to DISAPPEAR permanently. (Does every person who enters Arlington's jail get thrown into the Mental Ward?)
Have a look at the evidence, the high-level officials involved who knew I was in there yet turned their back or colluded.
But ask yourselves how important Whistleblowers are to our society? Should they be destroyed like animals? And, should we let the US Dept. of State run amuck?
