The whole Faith sequence has been good, but nothing compared to the soul-sucking dream sequence episode. You have to give them, er, "props" (yeah, I can't pull it off either) for pulling off the oldest cliche in the book and making it look good. Or evil. Or something.
Posted by Faisal at March 20, 2003 1:52 AMWell, Buffy's soon to be history anway. :-( Too bad, I liked it. (Ange's not bad, eitehr - although overe here I'm not past Season 2 yet, but I'm planning on getting the S3 DVDs as soon as budget permits. (Which might be awhile...)
I hate the German dubbing, since it kills most of the good dialogue, so I usually watch the originals on DVD - luckily they release them earlier in Europe than in the US. (Go figure.)
Posted by Baumi at March 20, 2003 4:35 AMArgh! The **spoilers** sign is your friend, even in comment, I think :)
That said, Angel has been *really* impressive lately (I'm at the beginning of S4). Season 3 was akin to Buffy season 3. It was all working, they had the funny, the characters worked well together, and the plots were brilliant. I really hope Angel can keep it going for a couple more seasons at least.
Posted by richie at March 20, 2003 5:08 AMisn't angel done after this season, just like buffy?

hey dave:
the links to your frieds don't seem to work (in safari anyway), although I do see the urls correctly in the source of the blog page...
German - it's been proposed that the padding of the main block is overhanging the Friend links, and is sucking up the mouseclicks instead of passing it to the links (although I haven't heard proof that this is the cause, it seems like a reasonable guess). Either way, it's a known issue with this blog, and hopefully Dave will fix it.
Posted by Kevin at March 21, 2003 9:37 AMeric: nope, apparently not.
Argh. Of course, the point at which I got irretrievably behind on Angel was sometime during S3, right before it turned Really Good.
