Posted by Stu at February 18, 2003 2:27 AM

Posted by Stu at February 18, 2003 2:29 AM

I'm embarassed to admit I've actually seen all these movies.

Posted by Faisal at February 18, 2003 3:03 AM

Isn't number 5 Notting Hill - not 4 Weddings?

Posted by Diggory at February 18, 2003 4:53 AM

7 out of 10 with no IMdB...not too shabby.

Posted by Pat Berry at February 18, 2003 7:07 AM

I am *so* upset with myself that I didn't get number 5 - where's the DVD, anyway?

Posted by Joshua at February 18, 2003 7:33 AM

This has made me wanna leave work early and go watch They Live again (seeing as I got it on DVD coupla weeks ago). Fantastic film.

OBEY.

Hey, anyone else go to filmwise (www.filmwise.com)? The invisibles are the first thing I open every Monday morning.

2. Duke Nukem :) (yes I know it's not a movie)

Posted by joseph at February 18, 2003 9:44 AM

1 and 2 sound familiar although I never seen either Cool Hand Luke or They Live and I don?t think it?s from Duke Nukem either ???

Got Matrix, Die Hard, X-Men and Go.

Not that great for a movie fan...

10: Swingers

Posted by Robert at February 18, 2003 11:02 AM

For #2 change "chew some bubble gum" to "drink some beer" and you have Dazed and Confused.

Posted by john at February 18, 2003 12:23 PM

10, Has to be Vince Vaughn in Swingers.

Posted by payo at February 18, 2003 1:52 PM

2. Is definitely Rowdy Roddy Piper in 'They Live.' When he walks into the bank with the shotgun, and his sunglasses on, so he can see the aliens. What a great stoopid movie. Duke Nukem, while a fun stoopid game, stole all of it's lines from 'Evil Dead' 'Thewy Live' and a host of other great stoopid b-movies. Just ask Bruce Campbell. HAIL TO THE KING, BABY! GROOVY!

Posted by payo at February 18, 2003 1:57 PM

7. Die Hard

10. Swingers

Posted by jrock at February 18, 2003 4:57 PM

Thanks John, I was thinking of Dazed and Confused for number 2...

Hey - I got 7 of 10 before even reading the comments and with no googling. Do I get to choose the new name for Chimera now?

Posted by Dogzilla at February 18, 2003 8:28 PM

11) I love the smell of napalm in the morning. It smells like...victory.

12) I'm an enigma, like a chink.

4. Lawrence Fishburne - 'The Matrix'

7. Bruce Willis - 'Die Hard'

Highlaner *snicker*

Your typo makes me imagine a movie where someone is condemned to ride the upper level of the GW Bridge for all eternity....

I think Safari needs and "Open Behind This Window" Contextual Menu item seeing as sometimes people want to look at a link later, and don't want to have to back track, or have a new window popup and then have to hide it...

Steve, you're a retard.

I like long walks, especially when they are taken by people who annoy me.
