You are quite wrong. We are not talking about private viewing, but putting a billboard on the highway that any child might see. For example, would we show children how you can get lots of candy by breaking the window of a candy store?
If you show a child how to do something, he must decide if he should do it. And that decision takes more maturety than a child has, by definition.
