Why is still used retired "Mozilla Application Suite" and why not "SeaMonkey"?

If would be helpful if individual changes could be highlighted when trying to compare the two.

Make each change request or set of related requests a new post, with the title prefix "Proposal: ".

Reorganizing bugzilla seems to be an annual event. The most confusing part, especially for a new user, is when to go into the Client Software and when to go into Components.

Also, CCK is on the right-side twice.
