Leopard falls short in the file uploading department

Anyone who manages online portfolios will be a bit disappointed if they are using Leopard. As I continue to take various portfolio sites for a test spin, I find I cannot upload photos to many of these sites. The ones that are using http://uploadsmart.com/ (flash based uploader) don't work with Firefox trunk or branch, and they don't work with Safari either. (See Bug 400724 for what was happening when I was running the beta ). Guess it is back to Tiger when I want to upload photos. This is a good example of where being an early adopter can have its disadvantages.

BTW, I do see some differences between the beta and final.
1. I had hoped that Bug 385966 would go away in the final version, but it did not.
2. Bug 397717 went away - yeah!
3. My machine runs considerably hotter than it did before. I put my machine to sleep and rarely shut it down, and at times it feels as if it is on fire. I did not notice this when I was running the beta. Maybe Apple was hoping my MBP could double as a radiator.
4. So far I have not seen any disappearing dock icons. If the icons keep disappearing, maybe Apple could hire David Blaine as a spokesperson and call it a feature.
