Our QA team members apparently like to test more than just bugs - lately they have been pushing quality to the limit! Yesterday tchung noticed that a Pepsi One can had exploded in the upstairs freezer, sending cascades of caffeine-aspartame crystals all over the place. It turns out that one of our own QA team members was responsible - but was it a mistake or was he pushing the boundaries of what an aluminum can is able to withstand? Only he knows - stay tuned for more adventures of what happens when QA unleashes their power on something other than just bugs...
Posted by marcia at July 13, 2007 9:21 AMOnce when I was working at Be, I filed a bug in our bug reporting system pointing out that pressing the Diet Coke button on the soda machine was vending Sprite instead. It got amended with additional notes about how the snack machine wasn't dispensing one of the snacks properly, etc. Good times, good times...
Posted by: Eric Shepherd at July 13, 2007 10:41 AMThere's a major bug in the above blog post. Perhaps one of your team members can find it?
Posted by: atoll at July 13, 2007 1:39 PMProbably that Pepsi One contains caffeine but no sugar.
