Answers to commonly asked store questions

I review the daily feedback that we get from Hendrix. Occasionally people write in with some questions regarding the store, so I thought I would address a few of those questions.

(Q) Why is the Firefox Ogio Messenger Bag not available in the International Store?
(A) Coming soon - it should be there in mid-March

(Q) Why don't you carry more women's clothing?
(A) It doesn't sell very well in our store. When choosing new products, we are trying to choose items that can be worn by both sexes.

(Q) Are there new items coming down the pike?
(A) Yes, there are several new items in development. Some of them are currently in the design phase.

Suggestion : could it be possible to have more pictures concerning the LapTop bags, showing them with all they can store. A bit like the Crumpler web site.

Or the URL of the manufacturer if it has those !
