Firefox Mousepad is up on the site...

The Firefox Mousepad is now available for sale at the store.

Suggestions to the store mailing list indicate that this was a desired product, so hopefully all of you mousepad lovers will now be happy :)

It's worth noting that the mouse pad doesn't work for optical mice. I picked one up back in November, and I had to stop using it because it interfered with my optical mouse. However, if your mouse still has a ball, it'll work fine! :)

It's pretty and shiny.

Great news!! Just ordered one. However in the confirmation page a link offering more info on shipping charges is broken (https://store.mozilla.org/docs/primer.rtf). Hope it gets fixed soon.

Now let's get smaller stickers!

Cycle jersey? You're killing me Marcia. BTW, the Firefox hoodie is awesome for snowboarding. Perfect weight and good for warm snowboarding days.

What's "furntiture"?

reed: Thanks for pointing out the issue with optical mice. I am having a store add a note to that effect.

percy: can you let me know where that link resides on the store site? I couldn't find it.

About mouse pad and optical mouse, that will depend on both the pad and the mouse. I *am* using a mouse pad with my asus optical mouse, it restrains it from slightly scratching the surface of the table after a while. OTOH glossy materials (magazine cover and similar) do not work, so it definitively requires some testing first.

I'd agree with reed, my logitech optical mouse behaved really funkily on my firefox pad. Really nice pad but unusable for me :(

I don't have access to it right now. It was the very last page when I placed the order. The one saying that since it is an international shipping (why is this the case for Puerto Rico? it drives me nuts!) shipping charges will be informed later. There's the broken link for more info on shipping.

Just tried to reproduce it, but can't without actually placing an order, so...
