Some stats that are quite interesting regarding Thunderbird:
* Nearly 1 million users moved to Thunderbird 1.5
* Nearly 400,000 downloads since Wednesday night
* 500,000 came through sofwtare update to 1.5 final
Go Thunderbird! Thanks to mscott and bienvenu for all their great work on Thunderbird, as well as all of our great Thunderbird developers and testers in the community. Also a hearty thanks to Darin Fisher, Ben Goodger and all the folks who worked to make software update a reality for both Firefox and Thunderbird - it is definitely being put to good use and is a great improvement to our product.
BTW, I am wearing my limited edition Thunderbird fleece in honor of this great day!
