Page 107 in Time Magazine

I have been meaning to post this, but haven't got around to it until today. First, I wanted to congratulate Mitchell on being selected as one of the Time 100. Her selection speaks volumes about her commitment to and passion for mozilla, and I am very proud to be working with her in the Mozilla Foundation organization.

Several years ago I sat in a conference room at a mozilla.org staff meeting, wondering where this organization would be in five years. I knew we had some great talent and a great volunteer community. I don't know that I believed we would achieve this level of success. And to me success isn't just measured in downloads - success is getting letters from people who are using Firefox and Thunderbird and love it, and actually take the time to write a snail mail letter or send us a postcard. Success is getting an email from an 80 year old gentleman who I helped with a Firefox problem and is now trying his hand at installing Thunderbird. And the icing on the cake is getting to work with all of the great people at the mozilla foundation and mozilla.org.
