Wizards of the Coast blows off Mac port of Magic Online

WotC says no to Mac port

From Randy Buehler at Wizards of the Coast (or WotC, now a division of Hasbro): "Is there a Macintosh version of Magic Online in the works? No. We don’t have one in the works and we don’t have plans for one at this time."

Now honestly, how hard can it be to create an online card game on Mac? Talk about feeling abandoned; I've been playing Magic since 1994 and they don't care that I can't use their online product? Then again, WotC is based in Redmond, WA - right near Microsoft.

Why should I buy cards if WotC doesn't support my choice to have a Mac? I shouldn't.
