Transmeta settles with Intel

Intel will now license Transmeta's LongRun and LongRun2 technologies.

Transmeta did a reverse stock split August 2007. I completed the paperwork and returned my certificate to them at that time, with the understanding that I would receive a new replacement certificate. It has never arrived. I have communicated with them, the agency in charge of the exchange, and the SEC about this matter. Has anyone else experienced any trouble? If so you can file a complaint with the SEC online.
