Despite being an audio collectible (the first time in my life I've heard different lyrics to the song), this is a Wham! moment, I guess.
Hey, come on; I'm an 80s child. I always liked Freedom the best of all of Wham!'s spm; even at his young age George Michael is promoting monogamy:
"I don't want your freedom
I don't need to play around
I don't want nobody, baby
Part-time love just brings me down..."
He later did so on the Faith album (in addition to the title song starting with a church-organ treatment to the chorus to Freedom).
