Muhammed affirms Christ

Islam Guide: What Do Muslims Believe about Jesus?

Note, though, that I think "Muslims believe Christ was not crucified" is a misinterpretation. Ocean gives the passage instead as follows: "'...and for their saying 'Verily, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, the apostle of God,'...but they did not kill him, and they did not crucify him, but a similitude was made for them. (The Qur'an (E.H. Palmer tr), Sura 4 - Women).

From my studies of Bahá'í scriptures I see this merely as saying they killed Jesus, but not Jesus the Christ, who himself said his kingdom was not of this earth. They killed his human reflection of himself, but they did not kill the mirror that shone his light. Besides, why would Muhammed have affirmed Christ in every way but then deny the man died on the cross? I don't believe he would have.
