There are a BUTTLOAD of Firefox Themes; surprising given there were only like three for Netscape 7. I don't think there were even 1/4 this many for Mozilla at any one time.
This page is for some reason listed as "Firefox Help: Themes" when themes are an asthetic preference and help is something different entirely. That's why I successfully got Mozilla.org to add View-->Themes-->Get New Themes, etc. to Mozilla; because themes have everything to do with the way you view the browser and absolutely nothing to do with anything else. I can see them being in help, but not ONLY in help.
This is because its hosted on Firefox Help (same as extensions). Historically, FBH has been a primary resource for all things Phoenix/Firebird/Firefox related. If you look at the Options pane for Themes, you'll note there is a "Get New Themes" link there.
Your blog entry also doesn't indicate that this is a bookmark, not a UI element.
It is probably a good idea to change the descriptions though, but its a trivial thing. (File a bug on FF-Bookmarks, I'll smack it through).
As a note on the number of themes, compare how much work it is to theme Firefox vs. theming the suite, and it becomes more apparent. (even just comparing jar sizes of themes)
