We forget so easily...

With all the woofing Microsoft's been doing about this Web 2.0 junk, and how they're "do-gooders" now, a lot of people seem to have forgotten they're a monopoly, with both their browser and their operating system. Making MSN search the default for both constitutes leveraging that monopoly to promote what I think is an inferior product (exactly what they did when they began their march to drive Netscape out of business). Of course Google has it's own motives, but everyone does. That doesn't change what they're doing...
