Bloody C++...

ask.com's contextual ad engine clearly needs a bit more work...

Actually, I think there's a good reason for that. There's a popular C++ IDE called Dev-CPP, which is from Bloodshed Software (http://www.bloodshed.net/ ). That's probably where it got the connection.

Ah :-) You learn something new every day. So it's not completely dumb, just not very contextual. But I agree that's a much harder problem to solve.
