Seems to be a spoof on the old Schoolhouse Rock lessons that would air during after-school cartoon time in America.

Schoolhouse rock helped me memorize the preamble to the constitution. I learned it in the 3rd grade and I can still sing that song. It also helped in multiplication. The famous how a bill becomes a law (I'm just a bill) was probably the most memorable.

Schoolhouse Rock is indeed the exact same thing I thought of first. We need to make more bits like this to teach tech stuff. If we can remember Conjunction Junction 25 years later, it HAS to work for explaining transistor theory.
