Microsoft: "We don't pay people to fix bugs"

From the news.com story about the Mozilla Bounty Program.

It is nice to see the old Netscape bounty program resurrected. Good way to find new hires too :)

It sounds like their plan is to prosecute all virus writers so that they don't have to fix the bugs. :)

Actually, Mozilla doesn't actually pay to have them fixed - finding them is enough to get the $500.
