New IE may burst pop-up bubble
Good article on CNET, except it doesn't mention that other browsers already support popup blocking.

The New Netscape
To sad, why would anyone want such a thing. A browser toolbar might be more usefull, wonder how it looks like.

More Comdex Images
The light conditions sucked, so only about 10 actually came out semi-ok.. Primarily the Open Source / Linux Innovation Center section.

Live From Comdex: Day 2-3
The past two days have brought the same question from the first day. We finally got the 2 IPaq's connected to wireless and got minimo running on them..
Less people today (the third day). I noticed that a lot of the presentations/booths in the open source section still use Microsoft products.

Live From Comdex: Day 1
10 most frequently asked questions:
- What is Mozilla?
- Where can I download Mozilla (mainly from those who knew what it was)
- Will the suite stay?
- Is it easy to migrate from IE/4.x - can I move back if I am unhappy?
- Can I have a CD?
- Does it have a Kiosk mode?
- How does the Foundation make money
- I have an issue with Mozilla/FireBird....
- Why is it faster than IE?
- I hear it blocks poups, is that true?
Lots of positive feedback (several continue to kick MS's ass, including seriously dressed people) and some negative (easier way to migrate to FireBird/TBird from SeaMonkey, other way round too, KIOSK MODE missing)

Mozilla | Comdex
Since no one seems to have reported this:
Mozilla will be at Comdex, in the Open Source Pavillion part of the expo with a table.

Fedora Core 1
Fedora Core 1 has been released. I installed it on my work laptop to use at Comdex, seems pretty neat.

Yahoo.com hates Mozilla
Yahoo added new search tabs to its main page - but only for IE. Blah.

Blah Humidity Blah No Electricity
Loosing electricity during 9x% humidity weather sucks. We need UPS devices for air conditioners. Patent?
It was more bearable outside dangit. I want Bay Area weather, waaaah. Not 80% humidity at 9 PM.
blah.
