Gmail Notifier 0.4 Released

Get it while its fresh!

- Now uses a JavaScript XPCOM component. This means that all windows are now in sync.
- [REQUEST] Option to reset counter to 0 when opening Gmail using the notifier.
- [REQUEST] Opening Gmail in new tab option now focuses the new tab.

No idea how long it will take to make it to update.mozilla.org though.

*UPDATE*
Updating to 0.4 using the Sotware Update feature in Firefox has been fixed, the update rdf file was corrupted and now fixed.

I'm facing problems again when using GN 0.4:
1. After instalation I couldn't log in (of course FF restarted...)
2. No alert sound played when GN spots a new message in my inbox
3. When I click the GN icon to open Gmail Inbox, the GN message counter restes to zero.

Did you select a wav file in the preferences?

That is a new feature that should be off by default. Go into preferences and turn off the reset counter option.

Why GN can't by updated from the extensions update button that in the options dialog?
(http://www.nexgenmedia.net/extensions/gm-update.rdf
dosen't include versions after 0.33)

Hi,

All version after 0.3.3 do not work in my firefox. I have the latest firefox release installed. Problem is the login doesn't work, while on 0.3.3 it works fine.

I love your Gmail Notifier extension!

I'd like to suggest that you add the option of multiple accounts.

I have a business account and personal account that I'd like to check without having to switch browsers.

Hi,
The version 0.4 doesn't work well for me.It logs me out constantly.The previous version worked perefectly.I'm suing firefox 1.0.Even my friend suffers from the same problem.Can you please look into it
