Line 28 really shows the brilliance of Microsoft.:

Whehehehehehe
Posted by: bsander at February 8, 2004 7:01 PMAnd calling it ad.gif demostrates your brilliance?
It doesn't show up with the latest css adblocking file available at Firebird Help.
Posted by: Spewey at February 8, 2004 7:34 PMWhat's your point?
Why can'y you call a company with 90% marketshare brilliant?
Not sure I see the issue here - Frontpage 2003 is indeed better at this. The fact that it doesn't suck like the previous versions is a selling point.
And Spewey - I think ad.gif is a perfectly good name. The image is an advert, and it makes sense for your ad blocker to block it.
Posted by: michaell at February 8, 2004 9:04 PMfor those who don't see it, the paragraph starts with , not
feed that into a browser :)
Posted by: Mike Connor at February 8, 2004 9:09 PMbah, crappy comments system, just look at the starting tag on the paragraph
Posted by: Mike Connor at February 8, 2004 9:10 PMOr just go look at it at this trackback site where it is named differently.

PS djst knows I love him and was just teasing about his brilliance which is unparalleled.
Posted by: Spewey at February 8, 2004 10:32 PM"Not sure I see the issue here" --- well, I don't know if it makes any difference since you could not notice it, but still... you don't start a paragraph with /p which its ending tag. And yes, it is pathetic :) And it shows djst's vigilance, cause I've never noticed this by myself :))
Posted by: Bigman at February 9, 2004 10:52 PMComment spam right above mine. *rolls eyes*
I get comment spam phrased like this too. Do they think we're non-intelligent lifeforms?
Posted by: Cheah Chu Yeow at February 13, 2004 5:23 PMOK just so it's clear, I wasn't referring to your reply Bigman :) The comment spam got deleted during the time I posted, it seems. Nice one David

Posted by: shrum at February 29, 2004 8:16 AMIs this advert genuine?
I can't believe Microsoft would make a basic mistake like that, or is that the code that Frontpage produces? Maybe this is a new Microsoft web-standard. Or maybe the marketing department doesn't know what html tags are and probably doesn't care as it may well be aimed at PHBs who likewise wouldn't know.
