Now sharing the same extension database

The Extensions pages at Mozilla *bird Help now indirectly uses the centralized database at database.mozdev.org!

Stephen Clavering wrote a temporary XML parser that generates JavaScript files. These files are compatible with the current listings at *bird Help made by alanjstr so it required little change at my sites. Now I don't have to care that much about maintaining an ever growing list of extensions anymore, which is a big relief!

As mentioned earlier, the JavaScript files for the themes listings have been copied to database.mozdev.org, but there will be a true XML database for themes too in the future.
