Mozilla *bird Help in French and Japanese

The *bird helpsites are now available in French and Japanese!

Thanks to noririty for translating Thunderbird Help into Japanese and thanks to Thirifay Olivier for translating Mozilla Firebird Help and Thunderbird Help into French.

I'm currently trying to catch up a bit on my overloaded inbox. You don't realize just how much time you put into Mozilla until you're away from the computer a couple of days.

Thunderbird Help Top page still remains mis-spelling.
