AdWords Editor

If you have a Google AdWords account, then you might want to check out this editor. It's built using a very familiar technology ;-)

Very cool! Too bad it's Windows-only. Is that because they're using some Windows-only code in it, or was it just easier to roll out to Windows only first?

I find it strange that Google hasn't released a (beta) version for Mac/Linux as well. That's the whole point of using XULRunner isn't it?

Quote: "At this time, AdWords Editor has only been tested for Windows 2000 and Windows XP (Home/Pro). However, the application is designed for cross-platform functionality. We're working on expanding to additional operating systems, including Macintosh and Linux."

XULRunner may be designed for cross-platform stuff, but just check out how long Songbird (http://songbirdnest.com) has been fighting it to get working builds on Linux and OSX.

It's just like Songbird.
They use some OS dependent things...

Even Glazman with Wengophone released it's preview just for windows (for lack of time to build in Linux/Mac).
