1.0.4

Chase Phillips has now got spitting out security updates down to an art. We love you Chase. We also love Johnny Stenback, Vlad, Dan Veditz, Boris, and David Baron for getting the security patches put together and verifying them so quickly. Thanks also to Paul and Jesse for helping to identify the problem.

I am not sure whether this is where to post feedback regarding 1.0.4.

There seems to be a incompatibility (of it) with Anonymizer SSH (latest) ("Anonymizer Total Net Security" (or similarly named) client -- preventing (all) connections to internet (error message always appears to "Check proxy connection settings and try again" -- despite unchanged Ffx proxy settings, necessary for Anmyzr SSH sw. connections).
