Complaints Department

Some time ago I rolled out the Complaints Department. Over time it was neglected however, and in the absence of an easy physical entity to refer people to at the office processing problems became a chore.

This weekend however IKEA solved my problem for me.

For the princely sum of $10, a new Complaints Department has been installed at the Mozilla Foundation Headquarters:

And yes, I know I didn't put alt text on that image. For those who want to complain, see the Complaints Department.

Update: For those not wishing to visit my blog every time they have a complaint, the complaints department is also built into Firefox. Just download a file:

When you refere to IKEA, Are you unhappy about how IKEA handels customer complaints. Or is it about how norwegians translated the IKEAs swedish slogan "Skruva Själv"?
"Skruva Själv" mening "do it yourself", but it alsow translate directly to "screw yourself".
See Norwegian Add-campaign:

Hmm. Never go to IKEA, buy my mommy does all the time. Guess next time I need to ask her to pickup a wooden hand for me.

That's pretty useful.

Thanks for the tip Ben!
