Complaints Department

Some time ago I rolled out the Complaints Department. Over time it was neglected however, and in the absence of an easy physical entity to refer people to at the office processing problems became a chore.

This weekend however IKEA solved my problem for me.

For the princely sum of $10, a new Complaints Department has been installed at the Mozilla Foundation Headquarters:

And yes, I know I didn't put alt text on that image. For those who want to complain, see the Complaints Department.

Update: For those not wishing to visit my blog every time they have a complaint, the complaints department is also built into Firefox. Just download a file:

Yes... it's now dumbfounded crowds on both sides of the Pacific. unfortunately all that transit has taken its toll - it no longer works :-(

When you refere to IKEA, Are you unhappy about how IKEA handels customer complaints. Or is it about how norwegians translated the IKEAs swedish slogan "Skruva Sj�lv"?
"Skruva Sj�lv" mening "do it yourself", but it alsow translate directly to "screw yourself".

Hmm. Never go to IKEA, buy my mommy does all the time. Guess next time I need to ask her to pickup a wooden hand for me.
