Firebird 0.7.1 Almost Done...

Bryner helped me get Prebinding working on my static build, and informal tests show a ~33% improvement in startup speed on a 933MHz G4. Startup speeds are similar on my G5. All the bugs I had planned to fix are now fixed. I'm running two opt builds now with TIMELINE enabled so I can test startup speed and get quantified results.
