My post about Thunderbird was seen as discourteous by enough people that I've taken it down. That was not my intent but that's what I did and I'm sorry.
I am Thunderbird's biggest fan and (genuinely) longest time user (literally.) I do think the current Windows UI has some issues and I've filed bugs on those. Maybe some of you all who love Thunderbird as much as I do and also have the skills to work on this can step up and help get them fixed.
