Sodapop is nearly 5 months old. As you can see from the photo, her silver is really coming in and most of the dark is gone from her face. She's also quickly approaching six pounds. What a monster :)

I can understand people complaining about one or two seconds this way or that way, but if you're experiencing 3+ minute launch times for Firefox, something's wrong and there's an easy way to fix it.
Building software collaboratively and in the open is not for the faint of heart. But there's lots that can be done to make things easier on everyone.
