John Slater, our creative and brand guy, has posted the first round of Gran Paradiso paraphernalia.
We've also got posters and stickers and I'm hoping to bring some with me on my South America community engagement trip. (I'll be posting an updated itinerary shortly.)

Asa, I hope the graphics made for the "Gran Paradiso" marketing are done on purpose in order to look like a mix among Mexican vegetation, houses from a late middle ages painting from Tuscany and the gulf of Naples with fake mountains instead of the volcano.
In short, completely wrong. :)
Gran Paradiso is the name of a national park in the alps region in northern Italy and the place looks like... the alps. You know, tall mountains, snow, etc.
Here is a post from a friend of mine, currently living and working in New Zealand:

Exactly, Simone, that's what I thought, too, when I saw it: Palms, Italy, hello?
I had no idea that it's in the Alps, but palms and Italy don't really go together (OK, there might be some, but they're not native). And while the houses are really nice and possibly look Italian, they don't look Alpine at all.
PS: I like the style of it, though the colours are a bit too bright and glossy. Hope the slogan will be changed to somewhat more decent, too.
PPS: Just read that comment by John Slater: "As you noted, we're not basing our version of Gran Paradiso on the real thing. But I assure you, it was very intentional!" - either that's a bad excuse or it explains everything.

And the bay with the sea and sails don't look alpine either :-)
The place looks Italian, but more like Naples Gulf or Costiera Amalfitana.
And there are palms in Italy, not native, but all waterfronts have palms.
I mean, it's ok to say that you have your idea of something, but you cannot say that a sea is your "idea" of a mountain.

Actually Gran Paradiso is park in the Italian Alps, not some place in a south island or a mexican-like place;
