Here's something to try:
Stand in front of a wall
Hold your hands up like you are going to write on the wall
Gesticulate for 15 minutes, mimicking the motions in the video
Do that for an hour
Do that for two hours
Want to try for 8 hours?
It looks cool, but it's impractical for long term use. And how much window moving and resizing do you actually do? Not nearly so much as in that video.
