Asa,

Just in case you missed this one on slashdot:

They've got to sort this out before the final

Leo, please keep your comments on topic. This would have fit the Firefox 1.5 beta post below much better than this Thunderbird topic. Thanks.

Asa, I know you take a beating in here sometimes but I just want to thank you and the hard working mozilla folks, yes that includes the community that helps out for free, for releasing some great products. There will always be bugs in software, and there will always be people who hate a product, but Firefox and Thunderbird are two of the best products I have ever used. In fact, since switching to Firefox back in the beta days before 1.0 I have not had to rebuild one computer because of spyware. That in and of itself proves Firefox the best, and you guys are too. I love reading your blog though this is only my second post here also.

And for you opera guys, Opera is a pretty good browser and I would suggest it to anyone who uses IE and doesn't want to use Firefox. IE is just not safe.

One last thing, can anyone else please test this for me and let me know if I am crazy. I tried adding the site to the exclusion list for popups but this site will not work right for me. Everytime I click the link to access my account it reloads the same page when it is supposed to open a popup to get in the account. TIA.

"IE is just not safe."

That may or may not be true. The truth is, though, that it is still rotten feature-wise and standards-wise.
