StopIE -- a site that explains how you can do your part to rid the web of IE. It sounds like he's going to donate any profits he makes off of Google ads to the Mozilla Foundation. That sounds good to me.

Despite the complaints about Internet Explorer's standards problems, the StopIE page does not validate. The menu on the left side of the page has overlapping textin my version of Firefox (Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.7.2) Gecko/20040810 Firefox/0.9.1+). Has anyone else verify this, or is this a personal problem?
Marty::
not validating is probably just 2 typos.
both look simple enough to fix.
as far as your overlapping text issue..

I don't like these sort of FUD sites to promote competitors. Just promote them, but don't spread semi-lies about a browser.
"Far slower program than other web browsers"
FAR slower? Yeah right. Maybe SLIGHTLY slower in some cases, probably FASTER in others.
"Far larger program than other web browsers"
How does he measure this when it's integrated?
Bah, make a clever promotion site for Firefox or whatever, I don't need this "throw shit at competitor" junk.
I don't think there's anything wrong myself with a bit of Microsoft bashing :)
That is, as long as it's not part of any official Mozilla marketing campaign, there's enough good points of Firefox that the Foundation can market it on its own merits and not needing to stoop as low as Microsoft.
But the plain fact is that IE does suck, there's nothing positive you can say about it. Everything they're doing is too little too late, so why not have independent sites like this one letting everyone know how much this browser sucks.
Martey:
Yes, he forgot to close a
tag, this happens when people use XHTML without setting a proper Content-Type. He should use application/xhtml+xml for compilant browsers instead of text/html...
Jugalator:
Yes, it is integrated, but it still can be installed or upgraded? The full installation of IE weights more than 60 MB.
As to "far slower" - yes, this is FUD. But that's the only thing I noticed.

Thanks for this feedback, I updated the speed page. I want the content to remain factual, and I appreciate you pointing out flaws
>the StopIE page does not validate.
Left a tag open, sorry about that. Try again now. The other pages have a few similar errors which I'll fix, but the layout's solid.
>As to "far slower" - yes, this is FUD. But that's the only thing I noticed.
My apologies again. It is now gone.
Very well done, StopIE! I've added your page to the links section of zillivisation ("Report your conversions!") and also added your button.
Thanks a lot for the link!

Correct me if I'm wrong (and I know I'm not), but the phrase "All profits from these ads, after hosting costs..." is an oxymoron. Profits assume you've covered your costs. Either remove "after hosting costs" or change "profits" to "revenues".
Not necessarily. Gross profit is before expenses, but I'll take your word for it
