I see something like this

I see something like this almost every day. It's either in the newsgroups, at mozillazine or mentioned in someone's blog. (and mpt still claims that lack of UI for "pass/fail w3c validation" in the browser is more important than a seamless plug-in experience.)

InodoroPereyra - Subject: plugins ? (Re: Mozilla 1.1 vs. Netscape 7.0) ( Aug 27, 2002, 23:48:48 )
How about plugins/java ?. Do they work out of the box ?. Is it possible to do a big download with netscape + a_hole_bunch_of_plugins and get it all to work out of the box ?

My only little complain with mozilla is the need for hunting down plugins and get it to work with Java. I am considering installing Netscape 7 just because of that ... am I missing something ?

Thank you !

It would seem that mpt considers it more important to defend his broken list than to actually get behind an issue, like plug-in difficulties, that really matters to real users.
