update: Reports have come in that this isn't working. it would be great if one of you all could look into this and see if you can get it working!

'dt foo bar' doesn't work because Firefox escapes spaces as %20 rather than +. Use 'dt foo+bar' instead.
It works better to create these from scratch than using the forms on del.icio.us. If you use the form on del.icio.us/jesser/, you'll get a slow full-text search rather than a fast tag search. If you use the form on http://del.icio.us/tag/, you'll get a slower POST form, that redirects to the correct URL.

For those following along, click on the icon in the toolbar search and select "Add Engines..." or go straight to http://mycroft.mozdev.org/download.html
