Posted by asa at June 18, 2005 08:24 PMBooks other than the Bible preach false "theories" using a scientific method incompatible with God - in particular, Darwin's theory of evolution. They also heretically teach about relativity, when all right-thinking folk need conviction and absolutism for their prayers to be heeded. There is no factual book except the Bible. All these other books should be burned.
May Jesus be with you.

Posted by: neilj on June 19, 2005 10:35 AMAsa,
Don't you mean Grease Monkey?
Posted by: Jmack on June 19, 2005 11:22 AMIt's spelt 'Greasemonkey' at the official site.
The script looks interesting. I can imagine it being controversial like AutoLink is with ISBN numbers but if I was using an official release and based in the US I'd probably find it useful. Unfortunately I'm in the UK and using Deer Park Alpha 1 :(
Posted by: Neil T. on June 19, 2005 02:04 PMAsa, thanks for linking! I put a reqeust into the google summer of code to expand it to a full blown extension. Searching libraries, international, ... But it was before mozdev was an option, so I just listed mozilla as the sponsor, so who knows.
Jmack, it is Greasemonkey... See http://greasemonkey.mozdev.org
Posted by: Jesse Andrews on June 19, 2005 02:04 PMNeil,
Both Deer Park and UK are coming soon.
And regarding controversial - I don't think it is, since you have to install this. It isn't built in to anything, you have to as a user want to use it, and if you get tired of it, a couple of clicks and it is gone!
