California is actually a very beautiful state, JMack! Have you ever been there? And if so, what don't you like about it?

But yeah ..have fun Asa ;)

While you are at it, try and hit Lake Tahoe. Lovely piece of the state that is really enjoyable this time of year. If you are looking fo a nice place to stay: http://www.alpenroseinntahoe.com

Nunya, I lived in California my entire life, It isn't all that beautiful if you stay for more than just a visit. Maybe It's just me. Because I live in the "Desert" part of CA. That's why it's yuck. It's too hot, nothing interesting and nothing to do, all the people here suck too! I wish I could go on vacation.

I mean Lived closer to the beach or part of Los Angeles. :)

I recently saw the movie Sideways, partly about two guys that enjoy a wine-tasting trip in California, and then some ;) . Looked very nice.

Some other news:

1. As seen on Spread Firefox, PC World has declared FF to be Product of the Year; as one SF reader put it, "Another trophy for the cabinet!" :)

2. Speaking of PC World, slightly over 20% of their website's visitors are using Firefox :-)

3. Windows 2000 won't be getting IE7. As the /. crowd realizes, this will cerainly boost FF usage :)

Not to mention Firefox is featured on G4TechTV especially on "Attack of the Show"

Posted by: jmack on June 1, 2005 04:31 PM

O yeah, and this: http://www.spreadfirefox.com/?q=node/view/15822 but I'd advise you to read that after the vacation.

Yuck. The [removed for suspence] is way to cluttered. Overwhealming at the least. REALLY needs revampage.

Hey Asa! Happy birthday and stuff!

From /.: "A month after Safari , and after a lot of controversy, Allan Sandfeld Jensen announced today that Konqueror passes the Acid2 test too. Half of the patches could be merged from Apple's Webcore, the rest needed to be rewritten from scratch."
