localized 1.0.1 updates

We're aware that some of the localizations are not installing updates correctly and working to fix the problem. If you're experiencing difficulties with a non en-US 1.0.1 update, please note which language it is and what the symptoms are in the comments here. I'm hopeful that it's a very simple fix but more information is almost always helpful. Thanks.

pl-PL:
1) For many users the red arrow does not appear at all
2) Manual installation of update works but:
2a) It downloads whole 5 mb build.
2b) Most text about update in extension update manager is in english.
2c) If I Cancel 1.0.1 installator, I'm not able to launch Firefox anymore
2d) I see Firefox 1.0.1 installer on my desktop which proves me that it's not any update, but some system to download whole installer.
2e) I have to manually follow whole instalation process such as choosing installation type, accepting license and selecting extensions just to update from 1.0 to 1.0.1
2f) Sometimes installer fails to work saying that Firefox is still working and just exiting from installation. Then you see 2c point.
2g) After launching 1.0.1 I still see red arrow, pressing it results in "no security updates avaible" info.
2h) After 1.0.1 installation I have 1.0.1 AND 1.0 in "Add/Remove applications"
2i) Removing 1.0 from "Add/Remove applications" result in error window.

de_DE:
I don't get an update Notification, manually checking for updates does not give me the update, too.

es-es

The update has prompted me to download the 1.0.1 update, but there's no 1.0.1 for es-es, so I don't know what does it want to download.

ca-AD

I see the red arrow on the menu bar notifying an update. After clicking on it, firefox checks for updates, and then it shows there's a critical update, but it doesn't display neither its title nor the site from where it will be installed.

I click on install, but it doesn't seem to do nothing and the red arrow on the menu bar doesn't disappear.

en-GB - no update :(

Asa, I know you're a busy guy, but there have been plenty of people commenting on a lot of your recent entries asking for some news about an en-GB localisation.

Even just a "no idea, not my problem", or "it's on its way" would be nice :-/.

You're running a nightly localisation candidate, rather than an official release.
