There's a promising screen reader extension over at http://www.extensionsmirror.nl/index.php?showtopic=2237

Web page developers should rush over to http://users.skynet.be/mgueury/mozilla/ and get Marc Gueury's HTML Validator extension, set it to validate accessibility, and then "View Source" their web pages.

It would be nice to have an "Accessibility" category on the Mozilla Update site too, Asa.

This seems to be nice. It will be of great help to our LDTP (www.gnomebangalore.org/ldtp) project, if we get this done on GNU/Linux too :)
